About Emily
Q&A
  • What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?
While in law school, I participated in a Legal Clinical Program in which I represented individuals in a variety of matters, such as Medicare and Medicaid benefits; estate planning and probate; adoptions, guardianships, and alimony; and a variety of other civil matters, such as foreclosure proceedings. Through that experience, I learned the importance of forming meaningful and trusting relationships with clients in order to afford them the best representation possible and provide them with a sense of stability in what can often be stressful or emotional circumstances. I have carried this experience into practice by remaining client-focused and detail oriented.
  • What do you find most exciting about your work?
I have always enjoyed working with people to achieve a common goal. Whether it be in the corporate world or the probate world, I look forward to working as a team with clients to pursue their objectives.
