  • What do you find most exciting about your work?
    The ability to collaborate with my colleagues and alongside business owners and executives to reach a common goal is what I find most exciting about my work. I take great pride and pleasure in learning clients' businesses and developing a deep understanding of their business and legal needs.

  • Representation of a loan servicer to draft deeds of trust, forbearance agreements, and the foreclosure of 10 residential real estate properties across northern Mississippi. 
  • Representation of client in negotiations for the procurement of auditing services.
  • Assist client in connection with the issuance of the $71,285,000 City of Gulfport, Mississippi Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2025.
  • Assist in contract drafting and negotiations on behalf of various entities including finance, media, and advertisement contracts.
  • Assist holders of international gaming permits and Mississippi alcoholic beverage permit in licensing and renewal issues.
  • Assist distiller in a dispute against its bankrupt packager for a refund of overpaid tax rates on domestic imports from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. 
  • Drafting of bylaws for Mississippi Nonprofit Corporations.
  • Drafting of motions for insurance defense litigation including answers and discovery requests and responses.
  • Representation of an insurer defending a vehicle accident claim on behalf of its insured.
