Dan Martin Joins Cambridge Forum on Civil & Criminal Healthcare Fraud Enforcement

Dan Martin, partner in the firm’s Health Law and White-Collar Defense & Investigations practices, will participate in the Cambridge Forum on Civil & Criminal Healthcare Fraud Enforcement, taking place October 21–23, 2026, in Miami.

The annual Forum brings together up to 48 highly qualified healthcare fraud defense lawyers, personally selected from across the United States, for candid, seminar-style discussions on significant developments in healthcare fraud enforcement. Discussions will examine both the civil and criminal sides of healthcare fraud cases, including investigations and litigated matters.

Participants will explore trends and developments across the country and discuss pressing issues facing healthcare providers. The Forum is designed to encourage meaningful dialogue around how participants are addressing these challenges and the practical solutions they have identified.

Dan is an accomplished litigator and trial attorney whose practice includes white-collar criminal defense involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute and other complex regulatory issues. He represents individuals and businesses facing Department of Justice investigations and active prosecutions and he regularly guides clients through government investigations and enforcement actions, including responses to subpoenas, search warrants and civil investigative demands (CIDs).

Dan also regularly conducts internal investigations involving highly sensitive matters and advises clients on consequential questions, including whether and how to self-report. In addition to his white-collar practice, he represents clients in complex commercial and employment litigation across industries including healthcare, energy, banking, construction and manufacturing.
