Balch Attorneys to Attend Southeast Power NEXT Conference

Balch & Bingham will sponsor and attend Infocast’s Southeast Power NEXT, an energy conference taking place Nov. 4–6 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The conference will bring together policymakers, utilities, generators and other industry leaders to discuss how to meet the Southeast’s growing power needs. Balch is serving as the conference’s Event App Sponsor.

Ricky Cox, Chris Kirby and Avery Lancaster will attend on behalf of Balch. Conference discussions will address issues including interconnection and cost allocation for large loads, power procurement, reliability and affordability, and the role of energy storage and renewable generation.
