Managing Intellectual Property Recognizes Balch’s Intellectual Property Practice, and Names Pam Smith and Will Hill Tankersley at 2020 IP Stars

He was the founder of the Alabama State Bar Intellectual Property Section, has led or been a part of all the Alabama and 11th Circuit  pattern jury instructions for Intellectual Property and led the successful effort to draft and adopt a Right of Publicity statute in Alabama.
