Managing Intellectual Property Recognizes Balch’s Intellectual Property Practice, and Names Pam Smith and Will Hill Tankersley at 2020 IP Stars

Will Hill, chair of the Intellectual Property Practice, has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of intellectual property, fair competition, restrictive covenants, technology and internet disputes, and complex, commercial litigation. He was the founder of the Alabama State Bar Intellectual Property Section, has led or been a part of all the Alabama and 11th Circuit  pattern jury instructions for Intellectual Property and led the successful effort to draft and adopt a Right of Publicity statute in Alabama.
