Robert has been a Rotaract member since 2021.
Robert focuses his practice on a wide variety of corporate and business-related matters. He concentrates primarily on advising public and private companies through middle market mergers and acquisitions and provides counsel on business planning, entity choice and formation, contracts, tax, real estate, and economic development.
