Chris Kimble Named To "Who's Who In Healthcare" List By The Birmingham Business Journal

Chris Kimble, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and chair of the Healthcare Litigation Practice, was recognized in the Birmingham Business Journal’s annual “Who’s Who in Healthcare” list published on November 25, 2022, for the eighth consecutive year. This annual list identifies professionals who have a strong influence on Birmingham’s healthcare industry.

With seven years of experience in the healthcare industry prior to practicing law, Chris is uniquely equipped with clinical and operational insights that inform his approach and legal strategy development. Chris represents hospitals, physicians, ancillary providers, third-party payors, medical device and pharmaceutical providers, and healthcare consultants in matters including class actions, multi-district and other actions involving managed care liability, RICO, insurance disputes, arbitration, medical malpractice, and more. 

Chris is actively involved in the health law community and has served in positions of leadership with the Alabama State Bar Health Law Section and the American Health Lawyers Association.
