Balch & Bingham Welcomes Litigator Caroline Suydam to Atlanta Office
Balch & Bingham is pleased to welcome Caroline Suydam as she joins the firm’s Atlanta office as counsel in the Litigation Practice. With more than a decade of experience handling complex litigation, Caroline brings added depth and insight to the firm’s nationally ranked team.
Caroline has a diverse practice in the areas of product liability and commercial litigation. Her significant experience in complex litigation includes commercial contract disputes, business torts, class actions, and product liability cases in state and federal courts.
A member of the Georgia Bar, Caroline earned her J.D. from University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude. She previously served as a law clerk to four judges in the Piedmont Judicial Circuit, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and trial practice.
Caroline has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, honored as a “Ones to Watch” for her excellence in commercial litigation, corporate law, and product liability defense.
