Shelby assists clients in the energy industry on a variety of matters involving utility regulation, administrative proceedings, and compliance matters. By combining her litigation experience with a practical understanding of the regulatory environment, Shelby helps clients address complex legal issues and achieve their strategic objectives.
Shelby received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law. She has been active in professional and civic organizations, including the Mississippi Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and the Junior Auxiliary of Gulfport.
