What type of clients do you represent?

I primarily represent electric utilities, renewable energy developers, landowners, and governmental entities involved in energy infrastructure, land conservation and restoration, and large-scale real estate development projects.
What do you find most exciting about your work?

I enjoy helping clients navigate the unique real estate and land use challenges that arise in renewable energy and infrastructure development projects. These projects often involve coordinating competing land, regulatory, environmental, and business considerations, and I appreciate the collaborative and problem-solving nature of that work.

Advised a nationwide renewable energy company in negotiating land purchase, lease, and easement option agreements for project site control and future solar development.
Assisted with a state agency’s purchase of over 14,000 acres of forest lands for perpetual conservation, wildlife management, and forestry education.
Represented a governmental entity in the sale of Sixteenth Section lands for a projected $75 million industrial expansion in South Mississippi.
Counseled an electric utility company in purchasing real estate and acquiring easements for the construction of a substation and transmission lines.
Advised a governing authority in the acquisition of undeveloped lands for the construction of new railroad spurs and railcar storage areas within an industrial park.
