What do you find most exciting about your work?

I find that each and every day of practice brings a new challenge that allows me to continue learning while serving my clients. The most fulfilling aspect of my job is helping my clients from the time that a problem arises until we have achieved a solution together.
What legal challenges are you looking forward to tackling in the future?

Working for clients in variety of industries, I look forward to the new ways in which their industries change and present new areas of legal needs.

Select Matters

Spent Nuclear Fuel Litigation: Represented large nuclear utility in trials in connection with numerous multi-million dollar damages claims against the federal government arising from the Department of Energy’s obligation to dispose of the nation’s commercial spent nuclear fuel.
Higher education matters: Representation of public and private universities, as outside counsel, on a wide range of matters including business, constitutional, and other governmental litigation.
Wrongful Death Litigation: Currently defending multiple actions in various jurisdictions arising out of plaintiffs alleging property damage, injuries, and/or death.
Construction Litigation: Representation of subcontractor in federal court lawsuit over multi-million dollar claims of nonpayment.
