Every day brings a new challenge and opportunity. There are no typical days, this makes my schedule highly unpredictable. We are helping real people navigate real issues that impact them directly. There is a lot of personal satisfaction that comes from that relationship.

I’ve always been passionate about sports. The ability to partner your passion with your work is a blessing. I also often draw on my experiences working various odd jobs from Mississippi to Colorado prior to starting law school. I learned to appreciate the value of different people with differing opinions and respect what they brought to the table.

The sports world is ever-changing. Issues like cost of attendance, Title IX & NCAA compliance, as well as television contracts continue to have a significant impact on our industry. As soon as these issues are resolved, a new item comes up. That makes my work exciting and challenging at the same time.
