Jacorius J. Williams

Unlike some areas of law where success can be difficult to measure, my practice often yields clear, tangible outcomes, such as obtaining judgments, recovering collateral, negotiating favorable resolutions, securing relief from the automatic stay, restructuring debts obligations, and maximizing client recoveries.

Prior to joining the firm, I clerked for the Honorable Taylor B. McNeel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and the Honorable Cynthia A. Norton of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. I also interned with the Honorable Jason D. Woodard and the Honorable Katharine M. Samson of the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.

While in law school, I served as a Teaching Assistant to the Honorable Neil P. Olack for a bankruptcy course at the University of Mississippi School of Law, an experience that strengthened my knowledge of bankruptcy jurisprudence and provided valuable insight into the practical application of bankruptcy law.
