Balch & Bingham Welcomes Connor Herfurth to Expand Litigation Practice in Alabama

Balch & Bingham is pleased to welcome Connor Herfurth to the firm’s Birmingham office as an attorney in the Litigation Practice. Connor focuses his practice on a diverse area of civil litigation matters including construction, products liability, transportation, personal injury and insurance coverage.

Connor joins Balch after gaining litigation experience at a firm in Birmingham where he primarily represented insurance companies in insurance coverage, liquor liability, dram shop, transportation and trucking, real estate and premises liability matters.  Additionally, he served as part of an OSHA response team on behalf of clients and is OSHA certified. 

Connor is a junior board member for AMBUCS, a non-profit organization with a diverse membership dedicated to inspiring mobility and independence through providing therapeutic tricycles for children and veterans with disabilities. Additionally, Connor volunteers with Restoration Academy, Mountain Brook Youth Athletics, and is a member of the Phoenix Club of Birmingham and Monday Morning Quarterback Club. He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. Throughout law school, Connor served as an editor for the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review.
