Robert Humphrey Named to Executive Committee of Birmingham Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section

Robert Humphrey, attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Corporate & Commercial Practice, was selected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section for the 2023 term.

The Birmingham Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section includes members who have been practicing for five years or less. The Executive Committee hosts continuing legal education opportunities, fundraisers and other events to benefit new members of the legal profession and the Birmingham Bar Association.

Robert’s practice focuses on a wide variety of corporate and business related matters. Although Robert concentrates primarily on advising public and private companies through middle market mergers and acquisitions, his practice also includes other general business counsel matters such as business planning, entity choice and formation, contracts, tax, real estate and economic development. 

Robert is an active member of the Birmingham community and serves as a mentor for students through the Rotaract Club of Birmingham’s Ready to Succeed Service Project. He partners with Parker High School to help prepare students for the professional world, college applications, student-aid applications and more.
