Zach Brown, attorney in the firm’s Jacksonville office and member of the Real Estate Practice, was selected for participation in the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) North Florida Center for Leadership (CFL) program.
Participation in the 2024 Leadership class began in September, 2023 and will end in May, 2024.
CFL’s hands-on program provides land use and real estate professionals with advanced leadership training and networking opportunities to further their careers and businesses. Participants are learning about land use issues in North Florida through experiential activities and case studies focused on topics including trends in capital markets, public policy, design and construction.
ULI aims to bring members together for the exchange of ideas and information about city building issues and best practices. The organization’s North Florida membership boasts nearly 600 real estate and land development professionals in the public and private sectors.
Zach focuses his practice on real estate and real estate financing. He regularly works with a wide variety of banks, financial institutions, real estate developers, and business owners, assisting them with entity formation, land use, zoning, and entitlement work, real estate financing, real estate closings, leasing, and other items necessary for project completion. Zach was also recognized as a 2023 Rising Star in Super Lawyers’ rankings of top Florida attorneys.
