Balch Partner Conrad Anderson IV Inducted as Fellow of the Birmingham Bar Foundation

Conrad Anderson IV, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, has been inducted as a Fellow of the Birmingham Bar Foundation, a recognition reserved for attorneys who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, ethical integrity, and a deep commitment to the legal community.

The Birmingham Bar Foundation describes Fellows as attorneys and judges who have “demonstrated a spirit of excellence in their field of practice, and have been uncompromising in their adherence to ethical standards and morals, their application of exceptional skills to achieve optimal results for those whom they have served, their dedication to decency and civility to other members of the bar, and their commitment to enhance and enrich the general prestige of the legal profession to the public.”

The Birmingham Bar Foundation is the Birmingham Bar Association’s charitable arm. 

Conrad is a tech-minded trial attorney who litigates all manner of business disputes. Much of his time is spent defending class action lawsuits, often on behalf of banks and others in the financial industry. He also has significant experience and expertise representing contractors and subcontractors in a variety of construction matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, payment disputes, bid protests, and insurance coverage issues.
