Scott Andress and David Duhé Honored by Forbes, named to America’s Best-In-State Lawyers

Scott Andress was recognized in the area of Gaming Law, while David Duhé was honored for his work in Commercial Transactions. Scott possesses extensive experience as a corporate and transactional attorney, with a focus on gaming law. Since the infancy of the Mississippi gaming industry, he has represented its interests, counseling clients in areas of permitting and approvals, regulatory compliance, transactional and lending matters, and site legality and patron dispute litigation. His work has garnered respect among gaming regulatory agencies, and he has served on the Board of Trustees of the International Association of Gaming Advisors. Scott is also skilled in general corporate and transactional work, including business organization, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions, and commercial real estate. David is a commercial transactional attorney who focuses on and regularly serves as counsel to sophisticated parties engaged in complex commercial arrangements in the areas of economic development, construction, energy, supply chain, fuel procurement, power delivery, resiliency services, and corporate transactions involving long-term contractual obligations, mergers and acquisitions, purchasing, leasing, construction, public laws, and incentives and compliance for both public and private clients.
