Balch & Bingham Continues Growth in Jacksonville with addition of Litigator Andre Mahone, Jr.

Balch & Bingham is pleased to welcome Andre Mahone, Jr. to the firm’s Jacksonville office, who joins as a member of the Litigation Practice. Andre is a seasoned litigator and former judge advocate general (JAG) with a diverse array of experience both in the public and private sector. His practice focuses on commercial and healthcare litigation. 

Prior to joining Balch, Andre served as a JAG for nearly five years in the United States Air Force. As a JAG, Andre worked with both the FBI and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations to prosecute adult and child sex crime cases. Additionally, Andre deployed to Djibouti for seven months where he served as the senior U.S. military federal prosecutor. Andre received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and is a Joint Service Commendation Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal and Air Force Commendation Medal Award recipient.

Andre’s addition follows the recent additions of attorneys Zachary Brown, member of the Real Estate Practice and Kimano Edwards, member of the Litigation Practice, to the firm’s growing Jacksonville office. Balch’s Jacksonville office includes attorneys who are recognized for their deep knowledge and experience managing sophisticated and complex litigation, corporate, financial services and real estate matters. They represent individuals, small businesses, financial institutions, national and multinational corporations throughout the U.S. and are known for their efficient, responsive, value-driven approach to client service.
