Balch & Bingham Welcomes Litigator Sydney Drake to Augusta, Georgia Office

Balch & Bingham is pleased to welcome Sydney Drake as she joins the firm’s Augusta office as an associate in the Litigation Practice, bringing experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation and regulatory compliance.

Sydney focuses on general civil litigation matters including tort claims and corporate disputes. She represents clients in both state and federal courts across Georgia and South Carolina, bringing a broad-based approach to dispute resolution and client advocacy.

In addition to her traditional litigation experience, Sydney has worked in the sports and entertainment sector, including time in collegiate athletics where she reviewed contracts and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance with governing administrative and regulatory bodies. 

Sydney received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Georgia and South Carolina. She is active in the Augusta Bar Association and the Columbia County Merchant’s Association.
