Adam Israel Inducted as Fellow of the Birmingham Bar Foundation

Adam Israel, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, has been inducted as a Fellow of the Birmingham Bar Foundation, a recognition reserved for attorneys who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, ethical integrity, and a deep commitment to the legal community.

The Birmingham Bar Foundation describes Fellows as attorneys and judges who have “demonstrated a spirit of excellence in their field of practice, and have been uncompromising in their adherence to ethical standards and morals, their application of exceptional skills to achieve optimal results for those whom they have served, their dedication to decency and civility to other members of the bar, and their commitment to enhance and enrich the general prestige of the legal profession to the public.”

The Birmingham Bar Foundation is the Birmingham Bar Association’s charitable arm.

A substantial portion of Adam’s practice is devoted to representing businesses and individuals in commercial disputes, including non-compete, non-solicitation, and theft of trade secrets cases in trial and appellate courts. Adam is also regularly involved in complex litigation on behalf of clients in the energy industry and other highly-regulated industries. For example, Adam regularly represents nuclear utilities in ongoing litigation against the federal government arising from the Department of Energy’s delay in disposing of the nation’s commercial spent nuclear fuel.

Adam has been recognized for excellence by The Best Lawyers in America®, Benchmark Litigation, and Mid-South Super Lawyers
