Steve Feaga Appointed to Supreme Court of Alabama Advisory Committee on Criminal Procedure

The Supreme Court of Alabama appointed Steve Feaga, chief compliance officer and member of the Litigation Practice, to serve on the Alabama Advisory Committee on Criminal Procedure. Steve will serve a three-year term on the committee, which is responsible for the ongoing review and recommendations to the Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure. 
 
The Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure govern criminal proceedings in courts across the state and are set forth by the Supreme Court of Alabama. Steve will join a select group of attorneys and judges across the state who are nominated to serve based upon their involvement and experience within the Alabama court system.
 
Steve serves as Balch & Bingham’s chief compliance officer and leads the firm’s compliance program. As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and State Deputy Attorney General, Steve has more than 30 years of litigation experience prosecuting complex white-collar fraud, securities fraud, and public corruption cases.
